Last night, sitting at her table, in a room filled with her children and grandchildren, I got to hear stories of her younger days, sometimes the same story repeated a time or two. The striking thing to me was what her loops expressed, “I’m just so blessed”, “I’ve had a really good life. There have been some ups and downs, but it’s been a really good life.” “My husband was a really good man, I wish you all could have known him.” If there were ever sayings to hear over and over again, these were wonderful ones to hear. I really hope we get to celebrate 91, and 92, and 93….

Also, she can still do the splits! (Last pic)

Hello friends! I hope you’ve had a nice break fr Hello friends! I hope you’ve had a nice break from the regular rhythm of your life during the holiday season. If you would like to approach the new year with a bit of an aid for reflection, I’ve created a one-pager for you!

Contribute what you like, use what you need and take your time mulling over the answers with a pen and paper, computer or whatever medium you prefer that helps you reflect on your experiences from this year!

DM me if you would like the reflection page, and have yourself a wonderful rest of your 2022!

How do you want to finish this year? It might not be that all out sprint that you see racers do on the home stretch; it might be more of a slowing. Perhaps you take a bit of an exhale in December. Take a moment to bring some awareness to how you might finish this year well in your context. And, as always, let me know if you need someone to come alongside you in this to make it happen!

Summer is coming to a close and all the kids are a Summer is coming to a close and all the kids are about to head back to school! If your house is anything like mine, the summer has an entirely different rhythm than the school year. Sometimes it can feel a bit jarring to try and adjust to this individually, much less to get your kids on board as well.

If you’re looking for a little routine and rhythm, I’d love to help you process through what works best for your family, and then implement it! If that sounds like the best idea ever, I’d like to offer you a three session package for a discounted rate from my regular coaching options! Let’s get back to school on the right foot!
